Courtney serves as a director in EEPB’s Audit department. He joined the firm in 2006, after graduating from Sam Houston State University with both a BBA degree in Accounting (2004) and an MBA degree (2006). With 15+ years of experience, he is a trusted advisor for a diverse client base. His work focuses primarily on complex audits of financial statements. He is currently past chair of the Board of Directors and chair of the Advisory Committee for Career and Recovery Resources, a United Way nonprofit agency helping individuals identify and overcome barriers to achieve stability in their lives. Previously, he served as treasurer and member of the Executive Committee for the Family-to-Family Network, a nonprofit agency helping families of children with disabilities. Courtney is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Texas Society of CPAs. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his family and playing golf.
