If you forgot to logout, you may use this page to log yourself out. Simply enter your user name and password and click the 'Logout' button. If you are an administrator for this application you may logout another user by providing your user name and password and the user name of the user you wish to logout.
Warning! Care should be used to avoid logging out a user that is actively using the application. If you logout a user that is active, that user will have to close all his or her query windows and login again.
