Steve Edwards serves as an Audit Shareholder in EEPB, P.C.'s Audit Group.

Steve has been with EEPB for more than 10 years, working primarily on audits in the oil & gas, real estate and healthcare industries. In addition, he is responsible for staff training and quality control within the firm. Steve has experience with SEC reporting and specialized footnote disclosures in the areas of income taxes, acquisitions and stock compensation.

Prior to EEPB, Steve spent five years working for a leading commercial real estate developer.

Steve graduated from the University of Houston with honors in 1992. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Texas Society of CPAs. Steve is married with one child, and enjoys hiking and traveling.
