Melvin "Bo" Brackendorff is a Shareholder with EEPB, P.C. and is a co-founder of the firm.

Bo serves as the managing principal of the firm’s oil & gas outsource division, EEPB Enersource, L.L.C. He additionally serves as a Director of the firm’s severance and sales tax consulting affiliate, EnerTax Consultants, L.P. Bo's expertise lies in accounting and tax work for clients in industries such as oil & gas, real estate, foreign investment and professional service.

He graduated from The University of Texas in Austin in 1976, with a BBA in accounting. Bo is married, has four children, and is active in charitable and civic organizations. He enjoys running, cycling and traveling.
